I'm unable to change the settings for "All Users" for some reason. There is a lock shown and I'm unable to change it either to the red X or the green check. The installation was recently upgraded 5.6.8 and possibly that is the cause. I've checked permissions on the server to allow IUSR_account and Network Account.

Whenever you update the content of an html module it throws errors. I think that may be the reason for the following errors but  I'm not sure:

Method not found: 'Void DotNetNuke.Services.Messaging.MessagingController.SaveMessage

-and the all too famous:
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Any help is appreciated.
