I had a hard crash trying to update a skin, and now the delete skin icon isn't displayed and it doesn't tell me if it's being used. It is a prototype anyway and all I really want to do is delete the skin (which I can't). Then I'll reinstall it. How do I delete a skin when the delete icon isn't showing?

you should be able to delete the skin package in Host > Extensions.

Hi Bill,

If the skin pack is no longer available under Host > Extensions, then just access your site via FTP. Go to the /Portals/_default/skins/ folder, located this particular skin folder from there and delete it.

Then you can re-install it.

Cheers,
