I'm not sure how to explain this problem...but here goes. To start off, the company I work for is running DNN version 4.08. I know it's really old, but as of yet, I can't help that.

On the website, we have job listings. It's easy enough to add a new job listing...just click the "Add New" button, fill information into a form, and click submit. However, I'm not sure how  to change the form itself? where would that located in my DNN?

Hi,

Which form you are using. I mean whether that is a DNN Form & List module or any custom module? If it is a Form & List module then you can customize that module but if it is a custom module then you will have to change it at code level.

Thanks,

I have absolutely no idea. This website was dumped on me a couple of weeks ago so I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. How can I tell? Is there a directory somewhere with the module being used listed?

Hi Keila,

As far i understand your query, you want to change the design of the view page. for that you need to edit the view page, which is present in

~DesktopModules/[ModuleName]/view.ascx.

Cheers..!!!

Hi
You can get the page where the form is lying and can make changes to the form.
Please follow below steps.
after clicking the Add New button the page opens up containing the form.
Check the Control name from url which lies after "ctl/" .
from host > Module definations , go to ur module. Edit.
check for the control name and the related source file.
This source file contains the form.

Thanks,
