Hi all

I am trying out DNN7 and have 2 active languages (en-gb (default) & ru-ru). Running the website from "localhost" and using default Bicycles skin.

When i switch over to ru-ru culture, all the module texts are gone. 
This includes all admin area, site settings..everything. All texts & links are gone.
Switch back to en-gb & the controls return.

an update: since the controls were missing, i tried browsing to admin pages by changing /en-gb/Admin to /ru-ru/Admin.
Tried to upload new logo & replace the "Awesome cycles" logo (seems it must be done for each lang separately). The upload button was missing, it was just a little blue "doily". Pressed it and got a message:

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DesktopModules.Admin.Portals.SiteSettings.UpdatePortal(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Ok, the issue is figured out.
DNN7 only comes with 5 downloadable languages.
I installed "it-it" language pack, and all works.

This is why "ru-ru" was coming up empty. The language pack is missing. Each new language has to be "created".
