I have a few users that one day they'll be able to view the site just fine, and then the next day they'll login and all of the module content is gone.

I've looked in the database and the content is there, I don't see anything wrong with the roles or permissions.

I'm running 04.05.05 which I know is an older version but I've had issues with upgrading this site to the new versions.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing the content to disappear?  We've tried different browsers, computers, clearing cache.  The only thing that resolves it is to create a new user account.

try clearing user data from profile table (execute in Host > SQL: DELETE FROM {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}Profile] where PortalID = ... AND UserID = ...)
