When we log into our DNN and visit the "File Manager" we only are able to see the header and footer of the page.  The body of that page is totally blank.  Here are our specs:

Product: DNN Platform
Version: 07.01.02 (356)
Data Provider: SqlDataProvider
.NET Framework: 4.0

please switch to edit mode for the page and check, whether a module has been added. If yes, check module permissions, otherwise add "Digital Asset Management Module" to the page,
