I mis-read your post.. you're using the Notification Utility inside the Event Viewer ... duh!!!

We have an issue already logged for this in JIRA: DNN-3940

I know this in a template but we haven't touched this in such a long time none of us remember which template :(

If you look in \Portals\_default that's where you'll find the template files

Knowing that it's an old post I cannot resist asking you Van if you ever came up with an idea how to format Event Viewer e-mail body.
Frankly speaking I can't see anything concrete in the \Portals\_default\Default\Website.template.en-US file Ken mentioned.

Googling for the advice didn't bring any hard details, either.
