I'm a new member of your community love DNN, but am in desperate need of help.

I accidentally deleted the module from Host - Extensions and tried to retrieve it using the recycle bin in Admin but couldn't find it there.

Is there any way that I can it back? If not what can I do to fix the problem without reinstalling DNN again and rebuilding my site (don't really want to do that!)

Hoping that some kind person out there has the answer.

you should be able to select the module from "all modules" category when adding to the page.
Another option: the module might still be in "deleted" mode, but not displayed in Site Recycle Bin.
Check the database, view "vw_Modules" , whether the module is still listed and edit "isDeleted" in TabModules table from 1 to 0.

Thank you so much Sebastian.

As you suggested I used the add existing module to the page and it's now completely fixed. I didn't even have to look at the database.

I can't begin to express how pleased I am with your quick response and, for a novice like myself, easy to follow advice.

Thank you once again

Brenda
