I have created a nested folder structure (Admin->File Management) at the root-level.

Root-Folder1

Root-Folder1-Subfolder1

Root-Folder1-Subfolder2

When I give public access to all the newly created folders Folder1 including the sub-folders are displayed correct on a page using the module Digital Assett Management.

When I restrict the access to Folder1 and the sub-folders to a specific Role only Folder1 is listed, not the sub-folders of Folder1.

I have tried various options like "Copy Permissions to Subfolders" etc...

I'm using DNN 7.4 on a new installation.

please specify, which role you restricted permission from.
Please be aware, that restricting permission from "all users" role is not advised.

I created a new "custom" role and gave permission to Write etc. to only that role.
