Hello everybody.

I am trying to add new module in Host -> Extension and getting below error message.
The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_DesktopModulePermission_Roles". The conflict occurred in table "dbo.Roles", column 'RoleID'. The statement has been terminated.
I have configured multiple portal and child portal in my application. I have deleted portal form admin panel and i am thinking this error showing after i delete portal from admin panel.
The dnn version is 7.3.2. I have found that I need to create administrator for each portal, there was administrator roll was missing, As I am creating portal programmatically, so right now I have create one user and assign administrator role to that user, now my concern is that when I create new portal dynamically and it is working properly, but I don't want to show Control Panel bar to Administrator user, It should visible to Superuser only, so how can I achieve this?
Please specify this, Thanks in advance.

Control panel is displayed to all admins, this cannot be suppressed manually, you would need a modified control panel for your needs.

When adding DesktopModule permissions you need to pass a RoleID of an existing role, AdministratorsRoleID and RegisteredRoleID in Portals table need to point to existing roles as well. Note: -1 is not null!
