Hello everyone,

I am using DNN 07.04.00 (353) and I have an issue in the search result:

  • some of the result are correct and redirect to the page correctly.
  • some of the result reload the same search result page.

I did re-index the site, but didn't resolve the issue.

you may clear the search index by deleting all files in folder /App_Data/search and re-index, which might remove outdated entries.

I deleted the content of AppData>Search , deleted the Search Result module from its page, Deleted the module from the recycle bin, Added the search result module on the page, reindexed .

Reindex takes lass that a second.

Now, when I search for any content, I get "No Results Found"

the App data shows only the following files:

_4bez_1.del
_4bf0.cfs
segments_3vwp (I couldn't delete this file in the first step.)

Schedule History shows:

Search: Site Crawler

Starting. Content change start time 4/27/2016 12:32 PM
EXCEPTION: Lock obtain timed out: NativeFSLock@D:\Hosting\5722991\html\App_Data\Search\write.lock

Any idea, how can i fix this issue.

re-index is done in the background and may take some time.

Actually it's been few day from the time I did re-index, and there are no result on search yet.
