Since there are couple users might use the website. I dont want some of them use all the features/modules. That might cause website errors/eceptions.

How can I change the items on admin panel top bar(banner). Or how can I hide it and create a own one?

Can I just  simply hide some items? Beucase incorrect setting might cause errors/data lost.

if you remove permission for a module in Admin > Extensions, the users without deploy permission will not be able to add the module to a page.
