Recently I am getting a set of pages (not all pages) that are showing up with the "Edit Page" in the upper right of the page when no login has yet been done. In other words ALL USERS can see this only on certain pages under one group of pages.  Clicking on the "Edit Page" brings up the login page but why would the Edit Page button even show up on non-logged in pages?

Any ideas would be most helpful.

What I had done was mistakenly raised permissions (with ALL USER -Edit) on a DDR MENU that was copied to all subpages. This propagated the problem to all those pages. Once corrected on the source page it also corrected on all pages that it was copied to. Thank you again for the pointer that was pure logic. :)
