Nice work. Fixed it for me too!  I updated the bogus JIRA info with your fix.

See that you just updated the defect. Hopefully someone will see it and realize they have an issue parsing the "Clear" value. It's a supported element just the code in the MVC module isn't handling it properly.

We have just come across this while upgrading a client from 06.02.09 via 07.04.02 to 08.00.04 (on the way to v9).

Upgrade was successful but got the error DotNetNuke.Web.Mvc.MvcHttpModule.SuppressXFrameOptionsHeaderIfPresentInConfig()

We can confirm that both these solutions work.

1. Removing  <clear />  from <customHeaders>
2. Replacing the DotNetNuke.Web.Mvc.dll from 08.00.04 with that from 08.0.3
