I have a new 4.3.2 install version up and have set the skin upload to admin/portal.  Anyone who is admin can see the link to upload when they go to Admin->Skins, but if they click it, all the skins examples disappear along with the links.  Refreshing the page brings you back to square one.  We tried unchecking the check in the host checkbox and leaving the portal checked, but we basically only get the links appearing in and out and never get to the upload page.

I tried searching on "skin upload" but don't seem to find any results in the forum related to this.  I can get this to work fine on a 4.0.2 version - so assume this is an issue in the 4.3.x release.  Anyone have an idea - before I log it as a bug?
