Is it possible this do this?

If I have 26 skins for dotnetnuke. Is it possible for me to make a 26 all the same websites but just skin different?

Just like skin a in a.CoolCoolGame.com, skin b in b.CoolCoolGame.com, skin c in c.CoolCoolGame.com, ... etc.

All modification in one site will update directly to other 25 website within one machine?

Is this possible?

I know of two possibilities, neither of which does quite what exactly what you are asking.  One is to use the GCM Skin Selector module (at www.snowcovered.com just search for that module name).  I have requested pretty close to the same functionality from GCM; perhaps if you request it as well, they will accomodate.

The other option is to specify the skin in the URL, the same as what you get when you choose to preview a skin; for example like this:

https://www.callcenters24x7.com/tabid/49/Default.aspx?SkinSrc=[G]%2fskins%2fdnnd.gold%2fdefault
