Can someone tell me what triggers a display of host ads on child portals? I put a host banner in the topPane on my host portal (adsense leaderboard), but when I created a child portal, this ad does not show up. How do I configure it?

Not having done this myself I can't say for sure that this is correct, but go to the child portal, Admin menu, Site Settings, Advanced Settings, Other Settings (That's intuition done DNN-style for you!), and set Banner Advertising to Host.

Hope that does it.

Rob
