Thanks Jon,
About: "How absolute positioning "messes up" the flyouts / display of the menu" > Read this

Has anyone found a better solution than the hack job, I don't want to play with the core code and I'd rather use the dnnNAV rather than a 3rd party module but it's sounding like there's no other option when positioning.

If you use my menu with the DNNMenu compatible template, it'll work fine. Short of waiting for a fix to the core menu, I think it's the best option - it basically is DNNMenu, just with several enhancements and fixes.

Thanks Mark,

I did check out DNNDoneRight before, but I don't think you can isolate the span tag around the tab name (such as the txt class for the dnnNAV menu) which is one of the things I have been working with.

Good spot! Looks like I'm missing the txt and icn classes that were added in the DNN 5 version of DNNMenu. I'll get those into v1.0.4. Other than that, of course, it basically is DNNMenu ...

Do you have a timeframe in mind yet for this new release?

I'm just adding support for the Adequation localisation extensions, so will do it along with that. Should be only a day or two I hope.
