1.I need to create a  system of switch (collapsing) side menu similar to DNN default modules. I don't want to use javascript , as I want complete cross-browser compatibility. I wonder if there is someone who can help.
2. I want the newsletter module to automatically load an html newsletter template. Seems like I will need to hack the core files. Is there anyone able to help ?
I am willing to pay a reasonable amount.

FYI - If you don't want to use javascript, you cannot use ASP.NET.  At least any of the controls that do a postback (__doPostBack).  The use of javascript does not mean it is not cross-browser compatible.

About the menu:
It can be done with Housemenu.
An example can be found here:
It's all Housemenu (including the menu on top), but it does use some JS to correct the bugs in IE6.
For the rest it's a normal "unordered list menu".
(Hover over "VAKKEN", it's the only one with a sub menu since the client didn't completely fill the site yet)
