XAML

Out of curiosity, were does Xaml fit in the overall architecture of dotnetnuke. I mean is it going to be constrained by the current design methodology and relegated to skinning only or is going to be a whole of project approach.

I mean I have seen really nice code here within this project but I really have difficulty understanding the long term role of the project against emerging technologies. If I have offended anyone by putting the thread here I am sorry.

Now that it's 2009 -- does anyone have thoughts about this question. I'd be most interested in your ideas.

There are currently no active plans to change / enhance the skinning engine in the XAML  direction.
