i want to build menu by users rights which he has. how to build menu programmatically in dotnetnuke.

look in the code of the usercontrol /admin/skins/links.ascx.vb and you can see how this is done.

If a user doesn't have rights to a page it won't show in the menu, will it?

In the page settings, make sure "Include in Menu" IS checked.

In the permissions section of the page settings, make sure "All Users" is NOT checked.

Give permission to a group of users by assigning roles and checking the role in the permissions section.

Give permission to specific individuals by entering their UserName in the permissions section.

The page will then only show up in the menu of those users who have permission, and only when they are logged in. I think that's the easiest way to have dynamic custom menus for users.
