How do i change the colors of the links in the page, and the color of the buttons that it adds in the bottom of the page! I am going crazy here!

According to the skin doc i added this into my skin.css:

A.OtherTabs:link {} etc... so i changed all the OtherTabs classes yet, all the buttons at the bottom (login, user, copyright0 are all still DNN blue!!!! Am i not supposed to put these in the skin.css file?

Thanks for the help!

Well, would it help to let you know that you're not seeing the DNN blue - I think you're seeing the unformatted blue. Sometimes I find it easier to create a specific class around my links.

EG. - I use, have always used, and will continue to use - LightBG and DarkBG so that I can easily move things around in the design and have a layout that uses these two classes.

Sometimes it's easier to change the classes in the ascx / xml file rather than this common challenge.

Also, just check - sometimes you need to click CTRL Refresh to kill off the cache and, delete your temp files if you have problems with not seeing new changes in the file.

Still no luck.

I edited the class of the TD that all the links in the bottom of the screen are in. And it is still that nasty DNN default blue.

Did you add the class to the CSS file?

Could it be that you've got some A: classes defined somewhere in the CSS that are overriding the styles you put on the TD?
