DNN 5.1.2

The background color (about 5 px wide) is showing when I am logged out.  This is a problem because my skin background is black and the control panel is white - so there is a band of white at the top of the screen.

I have verified that none of the modules on the page have edit for all users.  Help please

The page where this is happening is guyglodis.com - the white background from the control panel is present at the top.

I assume, it is caused by whitespaces in the control panel cells of the skin.

Open the skin ascx and search for "control panel". Make sure for all 3 < td > elements in this row, the < /td> is following with no space. If you dare to modify, please contact the skin developer.

Try removing the extraneous nbsp elements from the TDs in the same row (ControlPanelLeftPad and ControlPanelRightPad).
