 I am new to DotNetNuke; trying to install 5.1.4

I get this error below.

 I could be wrong, but I think there are a number of changes necessary to get DNN running on .NET 4.0. Can you switch back to .NET 2.0 for now?

thanks for you response, and yes i tried with .net 2.0 and i get the same configuration error.
