am using DNN 5.6.1
How i can change the skin for the registration page?

registration control is shown on Edit Skin and container, as specified in site settings. If you need a specific skin, add a page and and instance of User Accounts module on it and set it as profile page in Site Settings.

in the old version 4.x
there was an user account module so i can add it to any page and set it as register page

but now in dnn 5.6.1 where i can find the user account module??

In latest DotNetNuke versions, this module was regrouped in the User and Roles module.
Add it to your custom registration page and remove the 2 forms which you don't need to.
