Do you have FF 4 or Chrome 10? If so have a look here: www.mofga.org

Not only is the menu kaflooey but the links are as well! When you choose a menu item it goes off to our sister site www.mofga.net.

Also that 'Find Local Organic Foods' link on the left is supposed to go to http://www.mofga.org/Resources/FindLocalFoods/tabid/221/Default.aspx - and it does on FF 3 but 4 and Chrome take you to http://www.mofga.net/Resources/FindLo...

Really bizarre! Can anyone give me any clues on this? I plan to order and install the latest version of the skin which is here http://dotnetnukeskin.com/product/43

but the site is over 2 thousand pages and it is highly customized and I will need to work on it on a test site for days to get it right.

Is there some code I can add to the current skin to help with this situation?

thanks,

Will Sugg, Planet Maine

This is a truly vexing issue. It is somehow buried within the way that the newer ff 4 and chrome are dealing with relative urls.

I cloned the site on my server and upgraded that site to 5.6.1. Then I updated the skin to this newer one:

http://prev.dotnetnukeskin.com/l001/Horizontal/HorizontalBordered/HBorderedWhite/tabid/428/language/en-US/Default.aspx?sknsrc=sL001_Green

that DID solve the issue (again only in ff4 and chrome) where the entire menu section went to the wrong pages of the sister site as described above.

But now there are many - not all - of the images on the updated site that do not resolve to the correct relative URL.

That test site is at www.mainebirdhouse.com - it might be going up and down as I test.

Note the image on the right of the main page - I mean the one that SHOULD be http://www.mainebirdhouse.com/Portals/2/Certification/Certified-Organic-Logo.jpg (that is what you get when you right-click the image in ff3) is presented as http://www.mofga.net/Portals/2/Certification/Certified-Organic-Logo.jpg and is broken.

I have done lots of trolling for google chrome and "relative url" to no avail.

thanks for any help,

Will
