Hi there,

When i change my  skin (In the skin page) I encounter with following error:

An error has occurred. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client (dnn$cp$RibbonBar$EditPage$SkinLst="<Use Default Site Sk..."). ---> System.Web.HttpRequestValidationException: A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client (dnn$cp$RibbonBar$EditPage$SkinLst="<Use Default Site Sk..."). at System.Web.HttpRequest.ValidateString(String value, String collectionKey, RequestValidationSource requestCollection) at System.Web.HttpRequest.ValidateNameValueCollection(NameValueCollection nvc, RequestValidationSource requestCollection) at System.Web.HttpRequest.get_Form() at System.Web.HttpRequest.get_HasForm() at System.Web.UI.Page.GetCollectionBasedOnMethod(Boolean dontReturnNull) at System.Web.UI.Page.DeterminePostBackMode() at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Also when i change 'mode' from edit to view or layout, i get same error message. This error occurs only in skin  page. Can anyone help me?

Thanks

if you're running under .net 4 please check your web.config and ensure the httpRuntime mode has requestValidationMode="2.0" set as an attribute, if not please set it (and also please check your permissions as dotnetnuke automatically tries to add this when it detects .net4.0 so it would suggest that the website user does not have read/write/modify permissions set correctly)
