I am wondering how to use different a skin  base on the logged in user/role. Thanks for any suggest/idea!

there is no mechanism for it, but you may use code within the skin for minor skin modifications, if this is what you are looking for. AFAIR, Timo had some samples for it in his blogs at 40fingers.net
