REF: Reverting back to default DNN 6.02 skin and tries and trusted skins for DNN v6

Hi Members,

What is the best way to revert back 'exactly' to the vanilla DNN6.02 skin for all pages (without restoring a backup of course)?

Can members recommend a tried and 'very, very trusted' V6.02 skin that they have used?

Thanks in advance members

Mark.

if you want to revert to original skin, simply go to site settings and select Darknight skin and container.

Thanks for the response Sebastian... What I don't understand is... if I revert back to the original skin... I still cannot access profile properties for a registered user....?

Can you explain more about what you want to do. Profile properties are not obviously related to the skin.

Best wishes,

Hi Richard... thanks for replying...

I was always under the impression that when a Registered User logs onto a DNN website, they can then update their profile properties, e.g. biography...

When I logon to my new DNN v6.02 website (as a registered user), I cannot. I am presented with the Actvity Feed>My Profile page but clicking on the My Profile link on the right (see screenshot http://www.thesilenteye.co.uk/problem1dnn.jpg ) does not have any effect... that is, it neither navigates to a seperate screen or shows my thumbnail and edit profile links. If I logon as HOST, it does (see http://www.thesilenteye.co.uk/problem4dnn.jpg ). If I logon as Admin, the My Profile link on the right is not active either?

This is a big problem for me as users need to be able to amend their profile properties for this site. I have tried it in IE and Chrome and the out come is the same... cannot amend profile properties (unless I logon as HOST).... I am getting to the point of offering reward money to get past this problem :-) seriously, I need a resolution that works...

I can provide more information or logons as required if you email me at nonstopmark@gmail.com .

Thanks in advance. Cheers Mark.
