Sorry if this is a dupe, I have searched and hadn't found anything that addressed quite this issue.

I have a skin I'm putting together that requires that the menu not exceed X pixels, if it does, I'd like it to wrap to a 2nd line (menu is aligned horizontally). Anyone know of a good solution for this?

Many Thanks

Dear silentbob

In the solpartmenu there is a hardcode set nowrap.
When you set the style white-space:normal; this could help.
You can also choose for {overflow:hidden;} and set the width of the MenuItem.
Hope this will help.

Thanks Gilbert,

In my CSS I have:

.MainMenu_MenuContainer {
 width: 564px;
 white-space:normal;
 overflow:hidden;
}

Unfortunately, still no luck. I'm thinking this is the right class, as it's the "wrapper" class of the entire menu. The TD it's located in also has the width defined as well.

Dear silentbob

This can not work...
Because the .MainMenu_MenuContainer is a <div>tag.
And the style nowrap of the menuitems still works...
