Dear dnn-fellows

At this moment you can use a few standard skin Objects for menu navigation.
Using the solpartmenu.ascx control
<dnn:MENU runat="server" id="dnnMENU" />
Using the treeviewmenu.ascx control
<dnn:TREEVIEWMENU runat="server" id="dnnTREEVIEWMENU" />

Or you can use the new skin Object Nav.ascx which let you choose for:
the 'new' navigation menu:
<td><dnn:NAV runat="server" id="dnnNAV" ProviderName="DNNMenuNavigationProvider" /></td>
the 'old' navigation menu:
<td><dnn:NAV runat="server" id="dnnNAV" ProviderName="DNNSolpartmenuNavigationProvider" /></td>
the 'new' treemenu:
<td><dnn:NAV runat="server" id="dnnNAV" ProviderName="DNNTreeNavigationProvider" /></td>

Can these skin objects not be used as container objects?
Then you can use a menu skin object and you can use a container skin object for instance when you want to show a sitemap.

Of course you can always make a new skin... But that's not my question.
I know that it can... See for instance the navigator menu from Bi4ce or the css navigation menu from Snapsis...
