When template is render in Firefox and IE the header is spaced from the top.
I believe the separation is coming from the:
<TR>
<TD id="ControlPanel" runat="server" class="contentpane" valign="top" align="center"></TD>
</TR>

And:

<TR>
<TD valign="top">
<TABLE class="skinheader" cellSpacing="0" cellPadding="3" width="100%" border="0">
  <TR>

But not sure how to adjust or remedy the issue.

This happen from taking the standard DNN template that is preinstalled and swapping images and colors..
