Fahad ,

If you are in control of your own site and DNN code then look in \admin\Security\Signin.ascx .  The login form is in a table and can be modified as needed.  However, this will change the look for all portals and is a core code modification, so you will need to make sure to document your changes and bring if forward with every upgrade to DNN. (I always make a copy of my changed file aka SignIn.ascs.new so that an upgrade will not overwrite my changes)

If you don't want to or can't change the source code, you can also make some changes using CSS, the login fields are in a div called #dnn_ctr_Signin_pnlLogin.  Look at the source code for the page to find the rest of the control IDs.  Experiment with CSS using relative and absolute positioning to see if you can get the look that you want.

Have fun,
GregC
