Hi,

In order to make in sync with other databases, I may need to call the DNN built-in stored procedures to add or delete a user account.

I would like to know what SPs do I need to call?

And is it safe to directly call the SPs to the work rather than employing the DNN API in application layer?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ricky.

There are a ton and a half things that happen when a new user is created/deleted. It is by far more advisable to call DotNetNuke.Entities.Users.UserController.CreateUser

I would recommend using the API especially due to the password item.

Now, if you MUST use SQL have a look at my blog site (http://www.mitchelsellers.com) you will find articles about creating a user with SQL that has the step by step.
