is it possible to use starter kit with VS 2008?

i tried to install it but i get this error:

Installation stopped because the directory for the ProjectType value did not exist.  The project type is invalid for your installation of Visual Studio.

Yes, the starter kit works with VS2008 Professional and Team versions, and I believe it should also work with the VS2008 Visual Web Developer Express edtion.

What version of VS2008 are you using?

i use VS 2008 Team System Edition. i can not install the starter kit vsi package...

If you can't get the starter kit to work don't worry. You don't have to use it to create module. This tutorial does not use the starter kit:

the starter kit is a VB.NET starter kit. When you installed VS2008, did you check of both vb.net and C#? or did you just install C#?
