This has probably been asked many different times but I am not able to find a reasonable answer.  Currently using DNN 4.8.2 and working well but developing a site in which I want registration to be private and have our customer service center do the authorization.  What I don't want is to give 15-20 people "Administrators" access.  I want a module in which the customer service person views a list of people who need validation and perform any other validation if needed and activate them.  I also want to give the customer service person the ability to add a new user without giving "Administrators" access.

Has anyone done this in the past or know of a module which is already build in which I could modify?
