Hello,

Im currently building a module for my office intranet/extranet, and ran into an issue.
On this particular module, i would like to give an idnividual the ability to Delete/Update/Insert from a GridView.
I have a GridView open, it fills with my data, and i have AutoGenerateUpdate and Delete on. The buttons
appear, but I dont know how to reference the buttons to my Stored Procedures. Would someone mind
helping me with this?

Im getting better at this DNN module design, but i obviously have a ways to go...

Thanks!

Thats not much of an illustration of what im trying to do though. That just shows a modules creation.. but im asking specifically regarding how to use a gridview to accomplish this...

If you read the entire tutorial you will see that it shows you how to use a GridView to Update, Edit, and Delete. It uses a FormView to Insert. to my knowledge you cannot use a GridView to Insert.

Ahh, I apologize... That did have what I wanted, just not in the form I had expected...

I ran into an issue when duplicating it in a similar fashion on my module.

Im only trying to get the Delete button to work at this moment, and I get this error when I click Delete: A critical error has occurred.
Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

That is the most undescriptive error i have seen in a long long time. Any suggestions on what might be wrong?

Thanks.
