how to change the UI(font style, font size) for login and registration page?

You'd have to take a look at the source for the page (Right-Click->View Source) and see what classes it calls and then change those classes in your skin. However, I think those are going to be fairly common throughout your website so another option would be to look at the .ascx and change the class files it uses to something that matches what you want (or added to your skin.css for your skin).
