I'm experience the same delay.

When I develop a module, I Must copy the Dll to the Bin folder? Right?
Thats the only way to really see/try the changes in the code.
As I understand this is the correct workflow.

I was hoping that only I had this problem and there was an easy fix to speed things up, but now all people seem to have this problem?

When you make a change to the DLL's, ASP.Net recompiles the entire site into a single assembly and places into cache.  The only way around this is to use precompilation (new to ASP.Net 2.0).  However, precompilation is designed to improve the response time of your site if it was removed from cache due to no activity.  The performance improvement is only noticed during this recompile, if your site is always busy you won't notice any performance improvement.  Using precompilation to speed the development process isn't really worth it, but you may want to check it out anyway.

Keep in mind that precompilation is not supported with DNN at this time.
