Hey novitito,

If you add a module.css file to the module folder, it won't be recognized until the site re-starts. By the time you check this it'll probably be working

If not, log in as host and select (from the bottom of the Host Settings page) "Restart Application"

Take care,

Ian

I am having the same problem getting my Module.css file to appear on my page.

I have a custom module that I installed on my site last week and I now need to add some styling so I have created a module.css file in my folder directory, but this doesn't show on my pages.

I have taken the following steps:

  • Restart my application.
  • Stop & restart visual studio.
  • Delete all temp files in IE.
  • Delete all temporary files in C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files
  • Resave my web.config

I am running DNN v4.9.0.

This is not the first time that this has happened!

Any other suggestions to get this module.css file to appear in my page?

Blue & White hooped blood runs through my veins!

I am running the same version (4.9.0) and it worked by a simple restart of DNN. Did you find what it was wrong?
