Does anyone know which tables I need to look at to pull a report on content changes?

Thanks Mamlin,

However I was looking for Changed and New content. I may have to add an update date on the table and put a triggers.

Ah....I see.

In that case you might also consider moving to a Text/HTML module with versioning.  Such an implementation is likely to include a "changed" date or, in the case of moderated content, an "approved" date that you can leverage.  Besides the benefit of getting a content timestamp you'll also get the versioning/moderation capability that comes with it.

...and at the other end of the spectrum, a not-so-free content module (but tons of features):
