Hi,

We have used progress bar indicators (ajax)  for every module, but now we are looking for single progress bar which will freeze entire page and will not allow user to click anywhere till the action is in progress.

Can anyone please suggest some solution how to achieve this with DNN where we have single .aspx page and multiple modules on same page.

Thanks in advance.

Hey.

Not sure this is what your after, and it really depends on how secure you want your freeze-action to be; but couldn't you use your ajax-stuff (JQuery perhaps?)  to show one progressbar and grey out the rest of the page while the page is loading?   Such as many image galleries are working (using divs css'ed with fixed positions and different z-index to set "above" the main site...). This will fail if user disables css-styles etc though...

Just a thought.
