I'm developing a module and setting up localisation.  In my view control I have a simple ASP label defined as:

<asp:Label CssClass="SubHead" id="lblResults" runat="server" resourcekey="lblResults"></asp:Label>

I have an associated key/value pair in my resx file defined as:

lblResults.Text = The Results

I set <add key="ShowMissingKeys" value="true"/> in web.config to try to get a better idea of what is going on.

When I browse to the page anonymously (not logged in) I see:

RESX:lblResults.Text

where my localised text should be.  But when I log in as host and browse to the same page I see the expected result:

I thought it might have been something to do with the locale as I set the default portal up to use EN-UK (United Kingdom).  But my resx files are named without locale so assumed they would be used if no locale specific resx file exists.  I've even deleted EN-UK as a language from the host->langauges page just to be sure but still I get the problem and it's beginning to send me a little stare crazy!
