gridview GridView_SelectedIndexChanged event not in infragistics.products.netadvantage.aspnet.webtab

Put a gridview inside infragistics.products.netadvantage.aspnet.webtab, login as admin to the DNN 43.5. site, after bind gridview, click any item in gridview, GridView_SelectedIndexChanged not firing.

if I move gridview out of infragistics.products.netadvantage.aspnet.webtab, GridView_SelectedIndexChanged fired again.

and if I log in as a registered user, GridView_SelectedIndexChanged inside infragistics.products.netadvantage.aspnet.webtab still firing.

Maybe some conflict for admin or supreuser between dotnetnuke and infragistics.products.netadvantage.aspnet.webtab?

I contacted infragistics several times, no solution for this problem yet.

any suggestion or comments to fix it?

thanks

daniel
