I do not have access to the DNN object model right now, but you should be able to index ProfilePropertyDefinition

For instance...

Dim oProperty as ProfilePropertyDefinition

If oProperty("ThenNameOfYourProperty") is nothing

' Then you can create one

End If

Check all the methods in that object, there may be an exist() method that would return boolean.

So, should that be a way to create a custom user registration (with custom fields, radiobuttons etc...)?

Thanks Michael - using that and the overall desing of the whole profile system in DNN I was able to make a new profile system so I can let people of a group have a group specific profile different from other groups
