I'm glad to announce the new project Current Date Extended skin object !

Current Date Extended skin object mimic the DotNetNuke standard Current Date skin objet to display dates using rare and optional calendars. In addition, you can display date from a different culture whatever the current selected culture. Please consult documentation for details.

Supported calendars are:

• Gregorian
• Hebrew
• Hijri
• Japanese
• Korean
• Persian
• Taiwan
• Thai Buddhist
• Um Al Qura

All displayed dates refer to the Thursday, November 04, 2010 (Gregorian calendar) using the DateFormat 'D'. For some cultures, you don't have to specify a rare calendar like ThaiBuddhist with Thai (th-TH) because it's the default calendar. Like with the standard DotNetNuke Current Date Skin Object, you can use any valid .Net date format.
