Hey there!

I've a problem with bouth the pay gataaway and mail order invoice which doesn't show the letters æøå right.

Where can I change this?

Really need it, because it's a danish webshop.

Another problem is the commentbox under the personinformations form in the store. If user write in the commentbox, it will not be sent to the ordermail-address

with the rest of the informations.

Will i have to change the store module code or is there any checkbox I have not seen?

Thank you!

Hi Peter,

There is no comment box under the person info fileds! Are you sure you use the DotNetNuke Store module? Morever, the module work with french accents letter (éèàîêë...).

It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Hi,

It's not the Store module! It look like the web site was build only with several pages (Tabs) using the Text/HTML module. May be I'm wrong, because I do not read Danish, then it's difficult to mimic a customer! To verify if the Store module is installed, can you connect to your web site as Host then go to Host > Module Definitions. You should see in the list of Installed Modules this 4 modules: Store Account, Store Admin, Store Catalog and Store Menu. Attention, the fact that a module is installed does not prove that it is actually used! In all cases, I guarantee that the Store module is not present on the page you have mentioned.
