When I get an email from the store - I do not have the phone number and company fields that are collected during the checkout process... how can I make these fields appear in the email?

I assume this is possible. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Which version do you use? I have totaly rewrite the email template system in the version 02.01.41, now you can add and remove any fields and text. Previously, only the text (not fields) could be modified.

It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

I have 2.1.36 installed - I think I need to upgrade... When I do will these fields automatically show up in the email - if not how are they configured. Thanks Gilles!

Gilles - I just noticed that it is still in BETA... This is for a production environment site... Any ETA on the final release?

It is a beta in the sense that it is a fresh version thas has not been tested by a large number of users yet. But Gilles always provides updates for all of his intermediate versions so I think you can reasonably go ahead. It's a beta though...

If you want an official release expect it for Xmas.
