Using the Email provider, you can already do this. When visitor confirm his order, an email is sent both to the store admin and the customer. You can change the text of all parts of the Store module using the DNN Language Editor. The email template system has been completly rewrited in the beta version 02.01.41 (current version is 02.01.44) offering more options to define your own templates. Please read the Templating Guide for details.
On the other hand, if you need to send an email to a different contact for each product you can't do it.
