Hello,

I am working on my site in which I want to incorporate a specific page which will be the registration page.

I am doing this for a community event that is coming up in our area.

What I want to do is have a registration page where a person can fill out the form, review the terms & conditions, click the I agree/disagree button.
When the I agree button comes up it will give them the option to pay using Paypal.

Is there a specific module for that or would anyone be able to redirect me to a site that has the features that I am trying to do above?

The registration fields would be saved either on an excel sheet or my SQL Server database.

I appreciate any feedback or suggestions.

Thanks,

Sam

Enterprise Forms (multi-purpose with workflow capabilities - you can do lots of building and it does have paypal connectability).
DataSprings (I think they have a custom login utility. Not certain if it provides paypal feature)

Be sure to check out Subscription Tools at Ventrian Systems

Also, OnyakTech, I believe, has a similar module.
